We contracted with Maner Costerisan in October 2017 to provide technical support for our Microsoft Dynamics GP & ReQlogic Accounting Software. Right from the beginning, the representative assigned to us took a proactive approach and set-up several onsite meetings to assess our system and to observe the way we were using the software to complete our daily accounting tasks. From these observations, the representative was able to show us better, more efficient ways of completing various tasks and made several recommendations to improve the overall system.
In June 2018, we have begun implementing many of the recommendations, and our representative has been providing onsite support throughout the process. We have found our representative to be very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful.
